Dibee Payment & Management Solutions

  1. What are the daily and per-transaction limits? 

    dibee sets a maximum transaction limit of 15,000,000 VND to minimize the risk of fraud. You have the option to set a maximum fuel limit per transaction and the number of transactions allowed per day for each vehicle.

    Additionally, dibee imposes no limits on the total number of transactions you can make each month. 
     

  2. How can my company top up money into dibee e-wallet? 

    After your company signs a contract with dibee, a dedicated bank account linked to your dibee e-wallet will be created. To top up, simply make a bank transfer to that account. 
     

  3. Is the money in my company’s dibee account real money? 

    Yes, the money in your dibee e-wallet holds the same value as cash and is fully backed by our partner banks. You can easily top up funds to cover fleet expenses and withdraw them when needed.
     

  4.  Does dibee require a minimum deposit or a minimum balance in the e-wallet?

    dibee does not impose any specific requirements for minimum deposits or minimum balances in the account. The e-wallet can have a zero balance, and customers can deposit any amount based on their usage needs and frequency.
     

  5. Are there any fees for withdrawing money from dibee e-wallet to my company’s bank account? 

    No, there are no fees for withdrawing funds from your dibee e-wallet to your company’s bank account, regardless of the withdrawal amount or frequency.
     

  6. Are there any fees for making transactions through dibee’s e-wallet? 

    No, all payments related to your fleet—whether for fuel, e-tolls, maintenance, etc. —are completely fee-free when made through your dibee e-wallet. You only pay the exact amount requested by the partner providing the product or service, or as specified in your agreement with them. 
     

  7. Are there any restrictions on withdrawing money from my company’s dibee e-wallet? 

    There are no restrictions on withdrawals as long as the amount does not exceed your e-wallet balance. Additionally, you must settle any outstanding service fees with dibee and complete any payments to our merchants for services used by your fleet.
     

  8. Will I receive alerts when it’s time to top up my dibee e-wallet?   

    Yes, di
    bee provides a forecasting tool that calculates how long the remaining balance in your e-wallet will last. An alert will be sent to the admin and authorized users' emails when it's time to top up, based on your fleet's average daily fuel consumption and other related expenses. 

    For example, if your fleet typically spends 20,000,000 VND per day on fuel and your e-wallet balance is 65,000,000 VND, which covers approximately 3 days of expenses, dibee will send a notification to prompt you to top up and maintain seamless transactions.
     

  9. How does Dibee use the money in the e-wallet associated with my company's account? 

    dibee cannot and does not have the right to use your e-wallet funds for any investments or activities outside your intended transactions. Your money remains fully under your control and is securely held in the associated bank account that is associated with your dibee e-wallet.  

    In another hand, our e-wallet is regulated by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), ensuring that your funds are safe and used solely for your fleet-related payments (fuel purchases, e-toll fees, repairs, etc.). All transactions are tracked, and payments are only made to identified partners such as fuel merchants, toll providers, and garages.
     

  10. Will I receive interest on the money in my e-wallet?  

    No, you will not earn interest on the funds in your e-wallet. dibee does not use your e-wallet balance for its own or its partners' investments or other activities. 

    Your money remains fully under your control, and we do not mobilize capital from our customers for any purposes. Therefore, the funds in your e-wallet cannot be considered "non-term savings" and do not accrue interest.  
     

  11. Who is responsible if the money in my e-wallet is lost? 
     

    The security of your funds is our top priority. di
    bee's e-wallet system is backed by advanced technologies and strictly monitored by SBV regulations. The money in your dibee wallet is stored in a designated bank account, ensuring protection under the banking system. As this is a corporate wallet, payments are directed to identified partner accounts, such as fuel merchants, garage owners, and e-toll service providers.  
    dibee controls all cash flows and transactions, which are carefully tracked and stored. We have a proven track record with no losses of customer funds. In the unlikely event of a loss, dibee will promptly collaborate with our partners to investigate and resolve the issue, ensuring responsibility is determined based on the cause. 
     

  12. What measures does dibee take to ensure the security of my e-wallet?

    bee employs advanced security technologies and adheres to stringent SBV regulations to protect your funds. Our system includes multi-factor authentication, encryption, and regular security audits to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the integrity of your transactions. 

    Additionally, our partnership with reputable banks enhances the security of your e-wallet. Your funds are held in a designated bank account, and we have implemented a two-layer approval process for transferring money out, such as when making a withdrawal.
     

  13. Can I track the transactions made with my e-wallet?  

    Yes,
    dibee provides comprehensive transaction tracking. You can view detailed records of all payments made through your e-wallet, including dates, amounts, and recipients directly on your dibee web portal. This ensures transparency and helps you manage fleet expenses effectively. 
     

  14. What happens if there is a dispute with a transaction made through the e-wallet? 

    All transaction histories are fully traceable. In case of any disputes,
    dibee provides a robust support system to address and resolve issues promptly. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you. We work closely with our partners to ensure fair and prompt resolution of any discrepancies.  
     

  15. Can Dibee integrate with our existing transportation management system (TMS)?  

    Yes,
    dibee is designed to integrate seamlessly with various transportation management systems (TMS). Our API allows for easy data exchange, ensuring that you can consolidate your fleet operations within a single platform. This integration helps streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  17.  How does dibee handle customer data and personal data?  

    There are two types of data collected and stored in dibee 's system when customers use our solutions: customer data (referring to businesses that have signed contracts to use dibee solutions) and personal data (referring to individuals such as employees and drivers of the customer companies).
     

    • Customer data: This includes information such as the number of vehicles, distance traveled, transaction amounts, etc. dibee collects this data solely to provide services to the customers. We are committed to not sharing this data with any third parties without the customer's consent. dibee strives to protect data through strict control processes and the application of advanced technologies to ensure data security and privacy.
       

    • Personal data: dibee only collects basic information (such as name, phone number, and email) to provide services to the customers. We are committed to strictly complying with Government regulations, specifically Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on the protection of personal data.

      We regularly provide information to the relevant units of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, ensuring transparency, confidentiality, and legal compliance in our data collection, storage, and usage.
